[10 Apr 2007|04:47pm] EMAIL STEVEN LANGER I emailed him yesterday and his father received it and was very grateful someone reached out. Please send your thoughts and prayers, and definitely pray intensely for the next two days. They're extremely critical for the brain swelling to stop. I spoke with Andrew and hopefully we'll hear good news in the next two days and we'll be able to visit. I plan on going Sunday but if I can I'll try Friday as well. Call Andrew if you need any info. [29 Jan 2007|09:56pm] [ mood | good ] Well, I no longer work at Crate and Barrel. I will miss some of the workers there, however, I will not miss the two bitch managers. Psh, I had a bad taste ever since I met them. So being seasonal and let go isn't that bad since I won't have to deal w/ them. I do work at Fish City Grill in Southlake. I started tonight and I really like the place. I'm going to have four days training as a waitress. I don't think I've ever had a contented first day anywhere. There has always been something that has made me feel uncomfortable or repulsed. But at Fish City, its relaxed, nice people, small place, very one-on-one. I like it a lot and I'm glad I have a job! I have a job!! I'm very excited, but the only thing I didn't like was sampling the food tonight. Ok, they have awesome food but I found out I've become very neurotic and I don't like trying new food. If people weren't around, I probably would have cried. I need more Prozac. I have a new dog. His name is Wolfgang, he's a flat-coated retriever and I love him! I adopted him on Tuesday and he's been just perfect. He has to wear a E-Collar for another week (he was neutered) so until then he bumps into things and has trouble playing w/ toys. School is good. The only class I'm not liking is Personality Psych. LOVE the topic HATE the class. There is a girl that was in my Govn. class last semester, she is so annoying and talks about irrelevant things and encourages the stupid people in the class to talk. Of course the teacher is nice but so laid back she gets off topic as well. If my exams don't go well, I'm dropping the class. My notes are so scattered because she is a scatterbrain. Oh well. Other than that, everything is going very well. I'll start making money, paying off my "out of work" debt and pay down my credit card. Thank god I paid off my car otherwise I would be in deep shit. Brandon was in a Car Accident [23 Feb 2006|07:07am] Last night a driver on Euless Main Street hit Brandon on his driver side. Brandon is in stable condition in the ICU with a broken pelvis, sternum, 3-5 ribs and multi-fractures in his face. The other driver was taken into surgery and his condition is unknown. Until we know more about Brandon's condition and whether or not he will need surgery, no visitors at this time. [07 Nov 2005|08:01am] OYI! I'm so tired of myself. I'm tired of my hair, the way I dress. I feel like I'm unable to express the way I really am. I wanna dye my hair red (not bright red like before) but just something different. But I hate the effects of red dye... so I don't. I can't always wear what I want because Sundays/Mondays are my only free days from work, but I fuckin' tired of boring band shirts. Not to mentioned I don't like half the bands anymore.
